Role Description
We are looking for a precise, detail-driven Part-time Finance & Administration Support to keep our finance operations running like clockwork. This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys the tasks others find tedious, and who finds satisfaction in a perfectly reconciled account and an invoice that matches to the cent.
You will be the steady, meticulous hand behind our day-to-day finance administration, giving the rest of the team the confidence that the numbers are always right.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day finance administration: processing, filing, and keeping records accurate and up to date.
- Create, check, and match credit and debit invoices, and follow up where needed.
- Support clean, reliable bookkeeping and keep administrative processes running smoothly.
- Strive for efficiency and avoid double work at every step.
- Work together with our AI engineers to improve your own productivity, exploring tools, methods, and new creative ways of working.
- Take ownership of recurring administrative tasks and spot inconsistencies before they become problems.
Qualifications
- A background in finance or invoice administration.
- Experience with Exact Online is a strong plus, or comfort with similar accounting and administration software.
- A precise, methodical way of working and a real eye for detail.
- Consistency and reliability; you do things the right way, every time.
- A structured, analytical mindset (a strong “blue” personality in the Insights sense).
- Energy for complexity; you enjoy untangling detailed administrative tasks.
What Makes You Stand Out
- Hands-on experience with Exact Online or a comparable accounting platform.
- A talent for improving and streamlining administrative processes.
- Curiosity about using AI tools to work smarter.
- A bookkeeping qualification or relevant certification.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a part-time role of 8 to 16 hours per week, with flexibility to fit your schedule. Salary is based on experience and profile.
