Role Description

You will help create a whole new market, selling something that shapes how organizations handle AI: practical, powerful, and ahead of the curve.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop smart, creative sales strategies that actually work.

- Deliver presentations that do not just inform, they inspire.
- Keep our pipeline flowing and healthy.
- Partner with management to shape our go-to-market journey.
- Share your know-how and uplift junior sales colleagues.
Qualifications
- A proven track record in sales (SaaS or digital security experience is a plus).
- Communication skills that make people feel heard and excited to work with you.
- Experience guiding and mentoring others without micromanaging.
- Relationship-building skills strong enough to win both trust and contracts.
- Ease with CRM systems and analytics tools (and maybe even some Excel magic).
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Dutch; French or German is a welcome bonus.

- Previous experience selling SaaS or digital security solutions.

- A network in relevant B2B or compliance-focused markets.
- You must already be eligible to work in the Netherlands (no sponsorship available).
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a salary between €2,400 and €4,500 per month, depending on your profile and experience.
